Meet the Team
At the heart of Farm Services is a partnership between some of the region’s most experienced macadamia growers — Kim Wilson, Phil Tully, and Graeme Fleming — working alongside Harry Wighton, to guide the business with a shared vision for the industry’s future.
Together, our team brings decades of orchard management experience, innovative agronomic practices, and a strong commitment to sustainable, transparent farming.
We’re proud to be driving the next generation of macadamia production in our region.

Phillip Tully
Phillip Tully is a highly respected orchard management expert with more than four decades of experience in the macadamia industry. He established his family-owned farm management business in 1984, after gaining hands-on experience working within the industry and developing his own family macadamia farm. Today, his business manages over 600 hectares across 12 sites in the Northern Rivers region, making it one of the most established operations in the area.
Phil’s expertise spans the full spectrum of macadamia production. He has been directly involved in nursery tree production, land preparation and planting design, tree pruning research and practices, harvester design and manufacturing, crop monitoring, pest and disease management, harvesting, post-harvest handling, and marketing of the final product. His comprehensive knowledge has made him a trusted leader in advancing best practices and innovation within the macadamia sector.
A true believer in the long-term potential of the industry, Phil is passionate about the role of soil biology, orchard design, and sustainable practices in improving both yield and quality. He sees enormous opportunities ahead, noting that macadamias—already considered by many to be the best-tasting seed in the world—still make up only a small share of the global nut market.
Phillip credits much of the business’s success to his wife and life partner, who has been instrumental in managing the financial and administrative operations across multiple sites while also overseeing the nursery. Together, they have built a strong foundation for both their family and the industry they serve.
Driven by a vision for growth and innovation, Phil continues to champion the macadamia industry, confident in its bright future as global demand for high-quality, sustainably produced food continues to rise.

Harry Wighton
Harrison Wighton grew up in the heart of central west New South Wales, where his lifelong passion for agriculture first emerged. At just sixteen, Harrison and his best friend turned their shared enthusiasm into action, saving the money they earned from their first jobs to establish their very own Poll Merino stud on a property near Wellington. This early venture marked the beginning of Harrison’s journey as a young agricultural up and comer, driven by determination, friendship, and a love for the farming way of life.
After finishing school, Harrison spent his gap year in the Northern Territory working as a jackaroo at Brunette Downs. He gained practical experience in cattle work, animal care, and mustering, which helped him learn more about the agricultural industry. His time there strengthened his interest in livestock and farming, leading him to study a Bachelor of Agriculture and Business at the University of New England. This mix of practical and study experience prepared him for his first full-time agronomist job.
For the past five years, Harrison has worked as a Horticultural Agronomist with McGregor Gourley in Alstonville. He works with both large farms and local family farms to help them achieve sustainable and profitable results. His job includes crop protection, soil and plant nutrition, and helping farmers plan budgets and manage costs. Harrison specialises in macadamias and avocados, supporting growers to improve their crops and farm performance. In 2023, he took part in a horticultural tour of California and St. Louis, learning about new farming practices and ideas from overseas.
